1- General booking conditions:
An apartment is considered booked ONLY after receiving the official booking confirmation ("voucher").
From the moment a customer books a property, he implicitly accepts our cancellation terms and claims to have read and understood the description of the apartment and to have considered it suitable for their needs.
City tax :
The Rome city tax is € 3.50 per person per night (up to 10 nights). Children under the age of 10 are excluded. DCS N. 14 18/03/2016.
Online booking procedure:
This booking procedure is valid for all facilities that can be identified on the site with the "Book Now" symbol
A) Check the availability of the facility / s through the availability calendar present in each apartment card or directly using the availability filters on the Home page or within all the menus in Rome areas.
B) Fill in the "Complete your Booking" form on each apartment card by entering your data in the respective fields (E-mail-Name-Surname-Telephone contact-Country of origin) and accepting with the visa the documentation relating to the treatment sensitive data (Privacy Code) and the Terms and Conditions
C) Click on the "Pay with" button to access the reserved customer area where you can find information relating to your booking request from the drop-down menu "the
Inside the Reserved Area you will find many useful functions to maximize the comfort of your stay, so please pay attention and visit the reserved customer area via the "Manage booking" link available on your screen at the top left ,
Standard Booking Procedure:
A) For all facilities that cannot be booked online or in any case to have direct contact with a dedicated operator, you are invited to write directly to: [email protected]
B) For structures that cannot be booked online, it is possible to fill in the request form using the "Request" button on each apartment card that cannot be booked online.
By filling in the required fields in the application form, it will be possible to be contacted by a dedicated operator who will guide you in selecting the most suitable facility for your needs.
C) The time duration of the booking request is 24 hours.
D) Once the apartment is locked for you, the payment procedure to follow is the same as for online bookings.
2 - Check-in / check-out times:
Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting for you at the apartment, so please let us know your arrival time in advance.
Complete knowledge of travel details (flight details, arrival at the station, etc.) will allow us to arrange an appointment with the reception manager more efficiently
Failure to communicate the arrival time will result in the necessary waiting time Unless otherwise agreed, the access time is expected between 14.00 and 19.00 while the exit can take place no later than 10.00 am. .
However, other times may be agreed according to your needs if the apartment is usable.
Check in and check out after 10.00 is allowed, subject to management approval and may be subject to a surcharge
Check-in from 19:00 to 00.00 is subject to a cost of 25.00 euros
CHECK-IN IS NOT GUARANTEED WITHOUT SUCH COMMUNICATIONS.
Please also promptly notify any delays during the reception phase
3. Deposit against damages:
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
The credit card given will be used as guarancy in case of damage.
Otherwise there will be no charge.
4 - Apartment conditions:
The apartment will be delivered upon arrival totally clean and prepared for the number of guests indicated on the voucher.
The customer is responsible for any damage to furniture and other objects caused during his stay.
We ask you to promptly notify any malfunction or breakage you encountered upon entry
The holder of the reservation will be held responsible for any damage The keys will be delivered to the customer in the apartment at the time of check-in and can be returned at check out
5– Pets:
pets of any type or size are not accepted.
6 - Number of people: the reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed for the number of people declared in the confirmation phase. Any guests exceeding this number, if they were not communicated in advance to our operators, will result in the cancellation of the reservation or the payment of a supplement.
7 Apartment Return:
Guests are requested to leave the apartment tidy and to throw the garbage outside the apartment in the appropriate external containers. Otherwise, a late payment of € 50 may be charged based on the conditions of the property.
8 - Theft / damage:
Rome As You Like is not responsible for any thefts and personal injuries of guests inside the apartments. We recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for this subscription.
9 - Privacy:
All customer data are private and therefore reserved for commercial use within the Company, according to Legislative Decree number 196 of 30 June 2003 on the protection of personal data.
None of the private data provided, such as address, telephone number or similar, will be delivered to third parties, but will be treated in a way that preserves the right to privacy of each customer
10 - Applicable law:
These terms and conditions are subject to Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Rome will be considered the only competent body. We reserve the right to make changes to parts of this document.
